F-101B Flight Simulator:
Steve Minion, F-101B Flight Simulator Specialist (August, 1964 to November, 1967), provided the pictures you see on this page. Seated outside the flight simulator is Dave Conway, a Westinghouse on-site civilian support person who, as Steve recalls, was there to oversee the IR addition to the FCS. In the RADAR Observer seat at the rear is A2c Dale Leiter, Flight Simulator Specialist. In the pilot seat at the front is Sgt. Robert Larson, Flight Simulator Specialist, and standing in the back is Msgt. Robert MacReynolds, shop chief (who is also a private pilot and avid R/C airplane builder/flyer). |
